ASUS GTX 680 DirectCU II TOP vs GV-N680OC-4GD

I need help choosing graphics cards either the GV-N680OC-4GD  or the ASUS GTX 680 DirectCU II TOP can someone tell me which one i shoud buy their both the same price on newegg ($539.99)

*Also which one will perform better in todays games (BF3,Crysis 2,Metro 2033 etc.)

If you are going to be using the card for high resolutions or for multi monitor sulutions, get the GIGABYTE card. If not, and you are going to be overclocking, get the ASUS.
