Hello all,
I'm not sure if this is the place to be posting questions about IP phones, but I'll give it a shot.
I recently aquired a Cisco 7941 IP phone from my work. It was running fine on their network when last connected to it.
I took the phone home and discovered that the majority of files on the phone are downloaded from a server and without a connection to it I can not boot the phone fully. I tried a factory reset code(123456789*0#) and a hard reset code(3491672850*#) and now nothing shows up on the screen.
I researched how to flash a new firmware on the phone but I'm having some trouble.I have setup a DHCP using Tftpd32 and I can see the phone trying to request an IP but the DHCP and the phone cannot seem to come to an agreement on the phone's IP.

This just keeps repeating and I'm kind of stuck.
I would appreciate the help of anyone that is knowledgeable of IP phones.
