ASrock X570 Creator - issue with G.Skill memory kits

hi

I have an ASrock X570 Creator with latest bios (2.0).
I bought 2 x G.Skill F4-3600C16D-16GTZR kits for it, so that’s a total 4 x 8 GB modules.

I’ve set XMP in bios settings, that’s the only non default setting I changed.

System boots ok. I use HWinfo v6.20. It reports 2 different kits:
row 0: F4-3200C14-8GTZR ?!
row 1: F4-3600C16-8GTZR
row 2: F4-3200C14-8GTZR ?!
row 3: F4-3600C16-8GTZR

so 2 x 3200c14 and 2x 3600c16

I think that it could be an error when I ordered. So I remove the row 0 and 2 modules and on both of them it’s clearly written F4-3600C16D-16GTZR ?!

I return these modules to Amazon (that’s 1 kit) and order a new kit. I receive it, check the box and the sticks on the modules. ok. And then I put the modules and boot:
row 0: F4-3600C16-8GTZR
row 1: F4-3200C14-8GTZR ?!
row 2: F4-3600C16-8GTZR
row 3: F4-3600C16-8GTZR

wth ?!

question 1: is the ‘module part number’ retrieved by HWinfo accurate or not ? because the stickers on all modules have clearly “F4-3600C16D-16GTZR” on them. Could that means that G.Skill ships badly packaged kits ? The Bios main screen show the same information as HWinfo.

question 2: may be these modules are not compatible with my MB. In case which ones are. I need 32 GB at 3600 (it’s for a 3950x).

thx
