ASrock x470 taichi AGESA 1.0.0.4c bios Bug systemd

I noticed the other day that ASROCK had posted a new beta bios for the x470 taichi 1.52 I was wondering if anyone had tried it as I had been running the 1.50 bios and had got total sick of the slow restart and boot up caused by the AGESA 1.0.0.4c bios Bug that I went back to the 1.30.

And was wondering if this had been fixed bu the 1.52 bios or do we have to wait for a some later version of the AGESA bios

Thanks tryllian

I am still on the ASRock X370 fatality gaming k4 and still using the 4.50 bios

I have not yet seen it fixed, but vendors are working on it.

Currently everything with agesa 1.0.0.4c is bugged unless you use a kernel patch workaround.

But it is safe for now to stay on the prior kernel release.

@MazeFrame for the x370 boards the bios prior to 1.0.0.4c is fine, usually that should be 4.70.

Thanks for the reply. There was just a couple of improvements in the 1.50 bios that I like. So it looks like I have to wait a little longer as I actually need to be on a later kernel for my PCI pass through setup that I am running.

Thanks Again
