- Make sure you have at least BIOS 3.20
- Inside the case: Only install Mobo, CPU (+ cooler), RAM and PSU.
- Outside the case: Unplug everything except power and IPMI network
- Reset CMOS
- Boot using the IPMI
If you still get no signal, contact Asrock Rack and perhaps try a different PSU.
