Hey everyone, I'm somewhat new to overclocking and need a little bit of help. I've looked all over google on how to overclock a i5 3570K but the tutorials are on all different kinds of motherboards that seem to make it easier for the user. I'm wondering if anyone has done a good overclock to 4.5 or 4.6 GHz on the AsRock Pro4-M, and if you have how can I go about giving it a shot. Right now my processor is at a bios preset of 4.4 GHz and I want to see how far I can push it. Any help for overclocking in general or specific to this set up would be greatly appreciated.
what kind of temps are you getting on you cpu right now and what voltage? It may not be worth it to go any farther as if may need to much voltage and the 3570k gains the most in performace for overclocking between 4.0-4.5 ghz so you really would not see much performace anyways.
