AsRock FM2A75M-DGS or MSI FM2-A75MA-E35?

Hey guys, I'm building my first gaming PC after moving from console. I have the parts picked out in the link below, but I'd like to hear any suggestions or tips you might have as to whether I should get the AsRock FM2A75M-DGS or the MSI FM2-A75MA-E35?

Any help would be really appreciated.

With the rig you posted you can enjoy indie titles with decent graphics and AAA titles with low graphics. If you have ANY money left i'd strongly suggest you get an AMD FX 6300 and an ASRock 960GM/U3S3 FX to go with it. It would be another 29 £  and land you on 420 £ but the FM2 CPU is very outdated and we're gonna see a lot more CPU intensive games in the future with the 8 core processor inside the next gen consoles now out. It is a MUCH better processor at a reasonable price and i urge you to get this processor and motherboard instead cause you will see every pound of extra performance out of that CPU.

With the CPU you'd get a legit gaming rig that works well in modern games, even though it's very much budget build i don't care how you get the extra 30 £ JUST GET EM! O.O (don't hurt anyone)

I would also recommend that you get another stick of 4 GB of ram in the future when you got the moneys. The ram is dual link (which means they work better in a pair) and i think that 4 GB nowdays is somewhat on the borderline. For more than 4 GB you'll need win7 home basic 64 bit or better operating system.

You should also know the risks of getting a cheap motherboard. The majority of the board works well, but the risk of failure, or getting a bricked motherboard, is bigger when buyig a cheap motherboard, due to the fact they use lower grade components. They also have limited overclocking capabilities, so if you wanna overclock, do so with caution, i wouldn't suggest it ^^. I've done the research and read the reviews to pick that motherboard for you.

I think that is a solid build. It will beat the new-gen consoles easily.

Here are the changes I would make:

This wireless module is recommended to me by a friend. Has a higher theoretical speed.

I would grab this motherboard for more utilities and features.

If you don't grab the ASUS and would prefer the aforementioned motherboards, I would pick the ASRock in place of the MSI. MSI's AMD motherboards don't have the best reputation.

Other than that, you're gold. Just upgrade to 8GB of RAM when you can afford the second module. And possibly add a heatsink like a cheap Cooler Master unit. e.g tx3. It would be much more reliable than the stock fan.
