Both Sticks of ram are recognized in BIOS.

Good sir, what OS are you using? Is it windows 7 32 bit?
It is Windows 7 64 bit.
Thank you.
The only thing I have not tried is enabling memory remapping as I was unable to locate that feature if it exists on this board. I have even tried running the computer with either of the 2 sticks of ram I have individually.
Maybe the 5800k eats up memory, it does have a powerful GPU in it. For example the Intel HD3000 will pull 1.1gigs of ram out of the ram pool and list it as reserved(reserved for the GPU), since the 5800k is leaps and bounds more powerful then the HD3000 my guess is it uses large amount of ram. Can you check in your BIOS and look too see if you can adjust the RAM consumption of your GPU? If you can manually adjust how much ram your GPU uses in BIOS, you can see if that is where all your ram is going.
Yes I was able to locate this in the past. It gives me options up to 512mb then auto- But still had the problem.
