Around $1000 Gaming PC (Canada) Help!

I'm currently building a PC and I need some help.

I'm trying to get it down to as low as possible, but meet the expectations I want.

I want my PC for games like Battlefield 4, CoD, ARMA 2, etc. So fairly FPS intensive games. Now I'm not saying that I want to run ULTRA graphics on every new release, I'm looking for above average graphics when I play.

Anyways without further a do.

I really would like it as cheap as possible, while still maintaining 40+ FPS on games like Battlefield and Dayz. 50+ frames on above average graphics would be great. Now My friend just took my build and toned it down in price. By adjusting the graphics card. here it is now

Now keep in mind that these prices need to be in Canadian dollar, not US. (Which means %13 tax; which I have set manualy) And I want the build to contain a monitor.

Anyways if you could look this over and tell me some advice

I would go with the 7950 build. That thing overclocks like a champ. And that PSU is a bit overkill. 550-600w will be more than enough for this build.
