Arma 3 Poor Optimization

So ive recently started playing Arma 3 again, and ive noticed some horrible optimization. Is there anyway to make it run better? My rig settings are 

AMD FX8350 @4.0ghz || ASROCK 970 Extreme 3 R2.0 || AMD Radeon 7950 3GB || G.Skill Ares 8gb DDR3 Ram @2133MHZ (2x4gb) || Samsung 840 Series 120gb SSD || Western Digital 1.5TB HDD 5700RPM || Seagate Barracuda 2TB 7200RPM || Thermaltake Litepower 700Watt PSU || Thermaltake chaser A31 || Sony 24x BluRay RW

 

Surely there has got to be a way! Singleplayer i get around 40 - 50 FPS and in multiplayer its 20 - 30 :/

ARMA III sucks on AMD CPUs. It is pretty much single core only and even on some Intel CPUs it runs like shit. It is generally just a poor game. 

Turn the settings down or try and overclock that CPU. An OC would help out quite a bit.

The performance for me is the same between 4k and 1080p really weird.
