What is the morality of buying a Home licence but then pirating Enterprise and not using any of the enterprise features except for disabling telemetry?

Morality wonât really help you in court, but essentially what youâre doing there is piracy anyway. You may as well not bother to buy home. The real world cost of enterprise is subscription based per year (whatever your company has negotiated with MS). But: itâs âway moreâ than the home edition.
The home license is predicated on you being subject to the marketing and telemetry.
If you donât like it unfortunately your legal options are shift platform or get a copy of enterprise from your company.
