Through persausion from Rytak on the site I have decided to go with a 7950 to replace my broken 6870. Let me state before I get more into it that I have a third party cooler(Arctic Cooling Accelero 7970 Xtreme) that I plan to install on the card, so the cooler that comes on the card doesn't really matter to me, but what does matter to me is if the VTX3D 7950 X-Edition Boost edition is unlocked so I can overclock it to the moon and back. The card I plan to get is this:

I was curious if anyone in europe had any experience with this brand and could tell me if it is voltage locked or not. If it is could you guys recommend me brands that are not voltage locked? Thanks in advance!
