Are these Temps ok?

One question I have about this as well, why does Freq #0 and Freq #1 keep going up and down in load? It will go down to 4-8% then to 14% then back down again, and it continuously does that. Is that normal? In the pic, there is nothing going on in the background, are these temps ok? I'm sorry to bother, but I am new to this whole thing, seeing as how I built this computer on my birthday last week.

This is a new build as well. The cpu has the stock heatsink on, and the gpu is a EVGA ACX 770.

Temps are fine. However you are not at 11C, AMD sensors are know to be innacurate at idle, otherwise it would defy the laws of thermodynamics.

No I figured that one, hah. I was told already that AMD temp sensors were really bad, but thank you for letting me know that the temps ok, I appreciate it.
