Are these good enough to run Battlefield 3 ultra 1080?
Yeah, you should be able to do ultra rather easily with that. The only issue I have with the build is the CPU cooler. Everything in the build is so high end, but the cpu cooler is pretty cheap and middle of the road. I wold suggest getting a Phanteks PH-TC14PE.
Also, that PSU is not modular. You may have a mess of cables.

they are good but it would help me out if I knew your budget, and if you live in the states or canada, to see if you have the BEST parts you can get for the price
