I need to know are theese compatible?

Here are the specs:

  • CPU: AMD A8-5600K Trinity 3.6GHz (CPU+GPU) with Directx 11 Graphics AMD radeon HD 7560D
  • Motherboard: ASRock FM2A75M-DGS Micro ATX  FM2 Motherboard  
  • Memory: Crucial Ballistix 4GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1866 Memory  
  • Storage: Western Digital WD Blue WD10EALX 1tb 7200RPM 32MB cache SATA 6.0GB/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive - Bare
  • Case: Apex SK-393-C ATX Mid Tower Case 
  • Power Supply: Corsair Builder 430W 80 PLUS Bronze Certified ATX12V Power Supply 

I would like to render full 1080p video and play games in 720/1080p high setting is this enough?

Yep, your all good. Something to note is that your motherboard also supports memorey at 2400+MHZ. I'd recomend overclocking the hell out of it.

Yes, they are. My only suggestions would be the following:

- An APU is going to struggle with what you want to do with it. For any sort of heavy rendering or playing games on high, you'll want a dedicated GPU.

- Look into a beefier PSU, especially if you heed my first suggestion

Otherwise, these are all good quality parts, just not necessarily ideal for what you want to do with it. But I defer to other forumers who are far more computer saavy.
