i saw that there are more and other options compared to my old x370 board.
are there any important options?

Mostly a lot things you’d want to turn on are already turned on. - from what I’ve found looking into the same. So it’s an easy one.

It is generally believed that these options are brought about by PCI-E 4.0 and can be left by default.
