Theres a bunch, but most of them only make GPUs for SoCs and custom applications like video walls. Most of them used to compete in the desktop gamer GPU market, but dropped out as the PC gaming market was just too small for the number of competitors to all invest billions in researching high end GPUs in the hopes that they would receive enough favorable reviews to have good sales.

The fastest dedicated GPU I remember seeing from S3/VIA is the Chrome 540GTX from back in 2009, it was a bottom end performance GPU that was only really useful for HTPC and office drone boxes.

These days that niche is very well covered by AMD's A-10 APUs and Intel's Iris Pro 5200.
