So I live in Southern California and currently have AT&T as my ISP. I'm looking to switch. I don't have a VPN, but really thinking on getting one. Thinking of Hotspot Shield. Anyways, With all the crazy stuff happening with the FCC, as well as Comcast's mission to destroy the internet (as so brilliantly showcased in The Tek) I want to know if there's any good ISPs in my area.
I refuse to give my money to Comcast, and Time Warner . Not too sure about Verizon? I don't know. Any good ISPs you guys recommend? Thanks!

google fiber is about it.... unless you are willing to pay and can somehow get a big isp such as level 3. Everyone else is corrupt...... While century link hasn't really been caught yet they over sell themselves and their service sucks at peak hours.
In Huntsville we have a little company called Hiiway Hosting (theyre a web host and an ISP) I dont have them so i cant say if they are any good or not but theyre independent
