Hey guys,
I was wondering if you could use a psu made in the US (for example) in the UK? Not only that but could you use, say US components with a UK psu? That is all.
Rock on.

P.S. If any of you guys worked it out yes I am planning on working on a build by importing components. Sssh, don't tell anyone I told you, they're cheaper. It all works out because I have a family member who can send them to me for a low price. Now I need your awnsers...desperately...
in theory its possible as long as the psu has a voltage switch from us standard to eu standard. and you have a eu psu power cable. nice thing about pc components no matter what comes into the psu everything leaving the psu is universal. if you buy a psu that does not have the ability to take in eu power standard then you will not be able to use it with out buying an external converter and using more power in the long run.
so long story short yes you can do it. just dont go el cheepo it will not last and you will more than likely damage components.
Thanks for the help dude. I really appreciate it and as a token of my appreciation have my love and a hug transmited via the tubes of the interwebs. <3
Edit: Sorry if it got too intimate there...
Rock on.
