Are Geforce cards really license-restricted for Neural Net and/or datacenter uses?

Nvidia’s license vs. PR sounds like

  • we prohibit datacenter use
  • we might not prosecute you for it if you’re a non-profit

the more news i see out of nvidia the more i dislike their management and wish they lost their lawsuit(s) with SGI
