Apu with dedicated gpu

If I buy a apu for my system and a dedicated gpu  will the apu be able to prosses opencl in a game and the gpu graphics? the same thing you can do with physicx of nvidia. Where you buy a extra low cost gpu for physicx and you can use the big gpu for graphics even an amd gpu. 

I willbuild a new pc and I am thinking of a10 6800k or fx6300 with a 7970 gpu.

Nonononono, no....no...............nooooooo

Out of these two get the fx 6300, it is cheaper and performs better. Btw if you use a low end physx card your fps will actually decrease.
