APU with 7760d or Intel with HD4000

Hey guys. I would like some advice on these two built in gpu's. I'm building a pretty cheap gaming rig for my girlfriend. She wants to play games like Minecraft, League of legends, maybe some other stuff like team fortress 2 or Planet side 2. Out of the two gpu's listed in the subject, which is better for these games/gaming in particular? From what I've seen, the 7760d has better scores than the hd4000 but I could be looking at the wrong benchmarks. Instead of picking either of these, would it just be better to buy a CPU from AMD and then buy a gpu like a 650ti or something? Any other tips for low end budget pc's would be great. She is willing to spend around $350, but I'll pitch in some too to make the budget around $400 or a little more. Thanks for any help. I'm not familiar with this forum too much, but Logan said the people here were nice and helpful.

The APU us totally kick ares compared to intel HD anything right now. They can run just a.bout any game at 30fps on low, but still great. Just need to grab some the 1866 memory, and you should be fine. It as always to get a dedicated GPU when you can, so long as it's an actually decent 100+ usd card

You can get by with an APU the a10 5800k, People say an APU is not necessarily upgrade-friendly, but it's still a quad (roughly the same as a 965 that people recommend for $500-600 builds)and later on you can grab a dedicated GPU if you wanted to.
