APU w/ Fast RAM or 750K w/ 750ti?

So i was wondering which of these builds would perform better

trying to come up with a cheap gaming pc with a similar price to one of the new consoles for a friend to get him to switch to pc gaming. I figure with some of the gameplay footage ive seen with the 750ti and Elric's benchmarks the 750ti build would be better, but im not 100% sure.

The dedicated graphics card is better.

Are you in a hurry? AMD will launch the R7 265 which is faster than the Nvidia at the same price point.

Thanks! and no im not in any hurry, if he goes for it it probably wont be for a few months.

Yeah, the 265 is better for the price. Just be aware the prices may go up due to cryptocurrency mining causing the vendors to increase the prices as a result of the demand.
