Hey Guys,
I'll be getting this parts next friday I'm just taking some time of healing from surgery. Any thoughts or recommendation on this build?
Processor: AMD A8-6600k
Motherboard: MSI A75ma-P33
ram: Crucial Ballistix Elite 8GB 2x4GB DDR3 1866 CL9
PSU: Seasonic S12II 520w
HDD: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB
Case: Fractal Core 1000
Future upgrades(in order):
GTX 750ti
NZXT Hyper 212 EVO (then overclock the apu)
1080p monitor (Right now I only have 1366x768 monitor)
Damn your build is pretty damn close to mine! I really wanted to get a 270X but those prices are outrageous. My friend got his 270X right before they prices got inflated. I am looking towards the R7 265 instead of the 750 TI as my dedicated graphics card and I think you meant to type Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO.
Yeah, I mean the Hyer 212 EVO, I'll reedit that. I'm thinking of changing the motherboard to GA-F2A75M-HD2(rev. 3.0). It only have 4 sata3 compare to 6 in the msi board but it has more stability features, dual bios and hdmi onboard.
Budget? I would get a better motherboard(at least the E53 one). Hyper 212 EVO won't fit in that case. It's too tall.
You could go with a cheaper power supply which is still of decent quality. Ones that are good are the XFX PRO Core Edition 550w, and the Corsair CX500.
I dont know what e53 do you mean because I never heard of a an e53 chipset. There's an msi board with a75 chipset with model e53, if that's what you mean I dont know how it become better because it's their mini itx version of the a75 based motherboard, pretty much same specs. About the PUS, the Seasonic SII 12 is cheaper than the XFX PRO and Corsair CX500 on stores I'm looking.
