Hey guys I need some suggestions for a form/ticket web app.
What it needs to do:
- three types of users:
-admins: full control of system
-managers: need to be able to see forms/tickets filled out by all users in their departments
-users: need to be able to log in create a forms/tickets in there departments but not see other forms/tickets - forms/tickets need to have up to 15 customable categories to fill in pre-determined by the admin or managers
- categories need to be either drop down menus or blank for text entry
- need to be a web app so that users can use mobile phone web browsers to fill in forms/tickets
- admin need to be able to set minimum password length and complexity
That’s about it, just a basic web portal where users log in and fill out a form/ticket and managers can see said forms/tickets.
Any ideas?
