Socket 1155 is dead for all intensive purposes. Maybe check out the FX - 8350.
Also, speaking of purposes, what do you intend for this Rig to do?
I plan to Edit, Reder, and game on 3 monitors, which is why I did not go AMD, because one I feel with the SLI graphics cards the CPU would bottleneck them, and I feel the intel would be better for rendering and editing. The AMD has 8 cores, but the i7 has hypertherding, so it it does to. Also am not going to build this until the summer( or winter depending on where you live) so by then Haswell will probably be out so I might pick up one of those, or maybe even an Ivy Bridge-E CPU.
Hmm, I cannot remember right now, but you may want to look at Logan's benchmarking videos for the 8350, just to double check that vs the i7 3770k in rendering.
Also, the iFinity would explain why you need two 4Gb 680's xD
But you should really look into some of AsRock's extreme series motherboards, some of them are really nice and would probably leave that MSI in the dust.
I don't remember Logan making a video on that, also I like the MSI for the easy overclocking features but ill look at tests if I can find any.

Also, AsRock are decently good for OC aswell and tend to spread the heat better from what I've heard.
Logans videos on the 8350 are in games though, only once is he doing anything else, which is streaming in xspilit.
Hmm. Could sware he compared it in rendering aswell..Oh well.
Best thing to do is to look up some reviews online or wait untill someone decided to enlighten us.
