Anything worth scavenging?

I have just decided to build my first pc. I would like it to be a budget gaming pc as I am a student and don't have much money, maybe around $350-$400. Since I am limited by money I am looking for advice on if I should scavenge anything from the cheap desktop that I have now. Link to specs below.

I am a noob to the custom pc world so any advice would be very much appreciated.

Maybe the hard drive and the optical drive but that is about it...

well i doubt you could salvage anything, if your just gonna throw it out do you think you could maybe send me the mobo and ram ? i have a AM2+ processor ive been wanting to use and cant get my hands on a MOBO
