On this PC I only have a mouse, keyboard, printer, and speakers hooked up. What could this be?

Check if you have the chipset drivers installed

Ok chipset drivers fixed it. I think I know how they were removed. I recently installed new GPU drivers and did not realize the chipset drivers were going to be removed when I ran the AMD Install Manager to remove the old GPU drivers. Guess I should have paid attention. Thanks for the help :)
