My game runs like utter shit..
I fixed the microstuttering that occurs, but whenever something new is loaded into the game like when i move and obviously new objects etc load in, it freezes for a second or two and lags like a cunt..
Then it goes smooth, rinse/repeat, it's so fucking annoying, please help me before i put my PC through the wall.
Sounds like your hard drive is a bit slow. what drive are you using? how much ram do you have?
I run Fallout New Vegas at max without any issues at all. I was playing it about a month or so ago and I never had any micro stuttering.
Also always check the www.PCGamingWiki.com they have a list of fixes for most games and if you know a fix for an issue not listed, post it and help out the next guy.
Wish I could help you, I've been playing NV for a couple weeks on Win7 with the standard settings and no issues at all other than one failure to load and one crash in probably 40-50 hrs of game time.
Are you using any mods? If you are it might be running out of memory. You can try the 4gb launcher, or the new vegas script extender. What are your specs?
