Anyone have the download for EVGA Precision X 4.0.0? Or another comparable on screen display?

Hey everyone! I was wondering if anyone had the download for EVGA Precision X 4.0.0.  I really liked the on screed display of information in this version as opposed to using RivaTuner like they do now or Fraps.  Anyone got it? Or a program that allows me to monitor information like fps and temps and clock speeds and whatever in game like 4.0.0 used to?

Thank you, I found that link but it seemed like it would only let me download it if I signed up through a social network.
