Gosh, I didn't think it was THAT large as a mITX chassis. I used one in a build, and it felt appropriately sized.
Having additional GPUs or PCIe devices in the Prodigy is appealing. I might have bought one of these intead of the 600T that I own.
If it's actually about the same size as the original mITX chassis, I might just get this one to replace R4 just because.
I know it is the same size. Just didn't think people needed to complain about it being a large mITX. I thought it was smaller than most mATX cases. But, that was lost on some people who did not appreciate the aesthetic and functionality.
Guess it always felt a little bigger as a mITX, thanks to the Power Mac handles.
DUAL GPUS!!!!!! (just needed to shout that.)
I think midly is not a strong enough word, It has definetly got my attention
silverston grandia series is master race
No it looks like a MAC and i hate mac's and all of there rip off bullshit....i cant have someone thinking i have a mac in my house lol
Just had a image of you throwing all the apples out your fruit bowl in a rage!
What's that, you like cases that look like bland 1990's hifi/entertainment centers ;)
Do a custom loop in that lol xD (they did it in the original, why not this one lol)
It look's great but i still kinda like the T-J08 E a bit better.
I'm, currenlty using a 22 year old case with no front pannel connectors, I'm modding a cosair 300R to a beige color scheme, planing on a 2011 maxt grandia gaming build, and thin Itx haswell retro build in a SNES, a NES NAS, and beaglebone powered media player in a gameboy
what do you think?
how does thermals differ from a computer being practically upside down?
differ from a computer upside down, none, how do GPU temps compare to a right side up computer, usually cooler by a bit depending on cooler type and wheight
though I happen to think the current "right side up" standard is assbackwards because there's no gravitational pressure on the GPU core
Love the sound of the GameBoy Media player (though Id do with a Android device so you could run a GB emulator too).
The Beige Cosair 300R sounds interesting....lots of Noctua Ultra-Quiet Fans?
The SilverStone Grandias' just leave me cold, just can't see the appeal of them.
(if you need any custom decals done for them, just give me a shout......got a totally underused vinyl cutter sitting in the workshop!)
