For months now I have had tearing on everything on the screen. It''s especially bad on youtube. It's not only in the browser. I have google this several times and have found nothing new. I have 2 60hz monitors and a 980 non-ti. I have tried different cables and different ports. nothing changes there. I would try to change the vertical sync but I can't. My control panel looks like this. 
I should note that I do not have integrated graphics. I have an Intel i7 5930k on an msi x99 xpower. I have also tried downgrading to older drivers. nothing changes. anyone have any other ideas?
