Anyone else experiencing firefox for android crashing on their tablet

I just don't get it my tablet constantly for closes firefox I also tried the beta and same result load a extensive site and it crashes. I do not get it because my dual core lg optimus f3 handles fire fox fine yet my quad core asus memo pad 7 constantly crashes. My toshiba excite go which broke also did the same thing. Idk if this a result of intel or firefox just being bad. Sometimes it will even foreclose on light sites like tomshardware.
I would not consider chrome due the lack of flash and dolphin browser is much to slow I am really about to say screw tablets all together due to my bad fire fox experience. I use firefox on my desktop and have several bookmarks and I normally just browse by selecting one of my top sites not having that same experience on a tablet is just not worth it when I can get a windows tablet or small laptop and sync everything.

I use Chrome on my tablet. Mozilla needs to port their desktop UI to Android. I will download it, and have a look at why that may be happening.

Try Firefox beta. It's stable ATM. If you still experience crashes, it's the hardware.

i notice on my tablet, firefox is very slow to pull up the keyboard in address bar view. sometimes it doesnt the keyboard up at all until i close the tab and then have a new one opened. its very frustrating

The problem is my phone is rooted and my tablet is not. Firefox is ram intensive and the way android is set up a 1 gig device gets 500-400 mb free for apps. Which is enough for everything but heavy websites especially if you want to use a-p and flash. Creating a swap file puts the usable ram at 1 gig and puts all the background crap and stuff u don't use on the swap file which is exactly what I did on my phone. Just going to have to root my tablet. I rooted my phone day 1 since it only had 4 gigs of internal storage so I forgot I had to root it and do so much stuff to get it to run well.

I think the issue is that web browsing is somewhat CPU intensive, especially on Firefox with add ons. My tablet has a Snapdragon 800 and 2 gigabytes of RAM, however Firefox isn't optimized for it. Dolphin browser is a great alternative to Firefox. I still prefer Chrome on my tablet, and Firefox on my laptop. It just works. Flash is a dying breed as HTML5 replaces it. The most you can do is to try and run Ccleaner and have it dispose of unwanted garbage that is effecting performance.
