Currently own a HD5670. Will be getting a 7970 in a month or two. So, don't need one for now.

Do you really need the sound card? If you spend alittle more you can probably get something better if you're an audiophile

I'd rather start saving for the GPU. I read reviews on the Xonar DG and it's supposedly great for the price. Supposedly the UD5H has great on board sound. If the difference is minimal, I’ll drop the card into my second build for the family.
