My current build,
Motherboard: MSI z87-G43 Gaming
Processor: i7 4770k
Corsair H60 watercooler
16GB Memory Kingston Back 1600Mhz
Asus DirectCU II 7950 3GB
Operating system drive: Kingston Hyperx 3k 120Gb SDD
Storage: 2TB Toshiba 7200rpm 3.5 HDD
Now this is a pretty nice system and it really didn't cost much ive had it a couple of years now. I was thinking maybe getting a better solid state drive and a newer GPU with more memory. I have been in love with my GPU since i took it out of the box I've never had problems playing any games playing at 1080. I'm really just looking for a decent bump in my currently smokin fast system i already have.
If you want a new SSD, I recommend the Samsung 850 Pro. They are very solid, my system runs on an 840 Pro (the older model) and it is amazing. The windows logo doesn't even finish the stupid animation when I turn it on because the pc boots to fast.

I really bet it would give it some decent zip after i switched to an ssd the first time i really don't see myself ever going back to mechanical.
Get a second 7950. They're ~$100 on eBay, and a dual config with two of those yields high framrates. Maybe get an 850 Pro too.

I don't know how much you would actually notice the improced speed going from your current ssd to an 850 pro. However, an increase in size would allow you to put some games on there which would be very beneficial to load times. Considering that you said that the 7950 that you ahve hasn't been any real source of trouble for you, I would say that you should just wait until it actually is a problem for you. By then, you will be getting better performance for the money anyway. That, or crossfire.
H60i is better, its not as loud as a train having rough sex with another train. However at the same price point, you could get a top of the line Noctua heatsink and strap some good fans and it would be quieter with ~same/better temps. Because keep in mind that AIO liquid coolers might not last as long. But thats just my opinion. And yeah the 850 pro's are just kick ass. Whether your gpu is fine is up to you. Depends on what games you like to play. Glad you're happy :)
I've had two 7950s in crossfire for 2 years now and its been beautiful (especially since I had a Radeon 5450 before then). I won't need to be upgrading those for at least 18 months when I plan on going 4K. So if I were you I'd grab another 7950 because (as @Zippy_Parmesian said) they're so damn cheap now.
@Dynamic_Gravity is also on point with his recommendation of a top of the line noctua (or BeQuiet!???) heatsink to replace your H60.
