Any similar mice to the taipan with lower dpi? (~2000dpi)

Main goal is cheaper, I'm assuming the price will go with the dpi

I guess it depents on how similar a mouse you're looking for. Would you like something with similar looks, same ergonomic design, dual sensor technologi? What is important to you? The Razer imperator ( 6400dpi; adjustable) got dual sensors like the Taipan and is be a bit cheaper.

Excellent gigabyte mouse at 1600dpi. Dedicated dpi button, dual sensors. Best part: $20. Mine crapped out after 2.5 years of use, but at $20 bucks it should still be a better price/performance ratio than many of the mice out there.

Logitech G400 is fantastic for the price.
