Is this very good for $700 build?
Looks good for $700 but why are you getting the thermal paste if you are not buying a non stock cooler?
All of these parts are good but the prices aren't all that great. You can get all of these parts cheaper elsewhere, except for the case, which I can't seem to find anywhere else.

I changed a few things out and threw in an optical drive and a CPU cooler so you could use that thermal paste. This should be right around $700 total before rebates and the GPU comes with some awesome games
