Any Parts Suggestions?

So say I were to build a PC (if I had the money) that is practically a knock off of Pistol's rig. My main concern would be the gpu because of the ridiculous choices. I'm mostly trying to keep everything in microcenter and the case(with ram and storage) with newegg. Here is the list:

FX 3850

Crosshair v Formula(Yes judge me all you want but it's not like the Sabertooth gen3 is anywhere to be seen)

Kingston 16gb 2400

R9 290x/780/2x770's/2xR9 280x

corsair h100i/Prolimatech megahalems

corsair rm850

Fractal Design Define R4 Blackout/NZXT H440

Xonar Phoebus(I already have one that I won but I can't use it) 

Please give the build some critical input because I plan to render/stream/edit/game/low end productivity. If I do end up getting money from my old consoles it would go to this (but can't find a freakin' buyer(and if interested look on my WTS page once I post pictures).

FX 8350?  Typo.

Get the strongest single GPU you can afford.  Dual GPU setups aren't worth the hassle unless you have money to spend.

Everything looks alright.  If you don't plan on using multiple GPUs, a 600W power supply will be just fine.  I find the RM series of power supplies somewhat overpriced due to the large amount of chinese capacitors in them.  I prefer Seasonic and XFX power supplies.
