Made a few changes, you dont really need 8GB of ram, I changed your CPU to a K version and added a NH-D14 to overclock your i5 to get it up to about 3770 levels.
Unless you're going to use SLI, this board is pretty well suited for your build. It has Z77 chipset and all the features, so nothing to complain about. But if you really want something else, the MSI Z77A-G43 is a good alternative. With solid Military Class components and Hardware.info Bronze Award, you can not go wrong with this thing.
Are you planning on overclocking? That's what it looks like to me. However, it looks like your setup will perform about on the same level as the build that I'm working on, but I think I squeezed as much performance out of the build as I can for under 1000. Here is my list, for reference:

I even have an SSD in there. If you don't feel like you need the boot drive, take out 85 bucks and put it into cooling, or into a GTX 670 (way better than the 660 Ti you have in yours)
I would say go with this build, then maybe downgrade to a 660TI instead of the 670 to save some money. And maybe also a cheaper motherboard, again to save some money.
if its worth it i dont know, but the 3570 isnt overclockable, cause it has a locked multiplier, the only thing you can do is put on the turbo core, that it overclocks a bit, but manualy you cant overclock that thing
