I have Gigabyte MZ32-AR0 1.0 with that OCP 2.0 Mezzanine slot in I/O area, but having a hard time any use for those 16 PCIe 3.0 lanes.
There are some NICs, but they don’t make much sense cost-wise, I was wondering if there is a way to get those lanes in form of SlimSAS or M.2 connectors to use them for something else. Has anyone seen budget options for something like this?
Cheap 10G NIC would also be of interest, but most I found on eBay seem to be in some DELL-specific form-factor or cost $50+ USD, which makes little economical sense when I already have a bunch of PCIe ones that cost ~$10-15 USD each.
