Is there a reason you don't want to manually install drivers ?
Its really quite simple and downloading a 3rd party program isn't necessary as you dont know what they could be doing regarding bloatware and what not.

I can give you a hand if you want ?

Well if you have decent virus protection you should be ok, such as Malwarebytes AntiMalware, Avira, AVG.
It might seem daunting but driver installs are really quite simple, and easy! :)
What operating system are you on and do you have anti virus programs installed ?

sorry, for the late reply its that i have windows idle my memory and its not normal and i found a program that finds all my drivers that i didnt know i had to update
