Any Advice?

Current I am working on a build that a friend and I both plan to put together, but I am not sure if there is anything wrong with the build. We do not want any bottlenecking in the build. The the build is going to be a gaming/editing rig. Any advice or changes? I am currently using PCPartPicker to make the build.

seems okay check psu for any future upgrades you may make

Your going balls deep with the CPU. What are you going to be using this computer for?

I plan on using it for recording games with fraps and editing with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.

I would spend another 60 to 80 bucks and grab a 660ti, like the MSI http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127697

This is something I will look into.

Here is some benchs between the two cards http://www.anandtech.com/bench/Product/547?vs=647

Wow! I am looking at those benchmarks and I see what you mean.
