Probably more closely aligned with the radical left given some of their viewpoints. The alt right is vanishingly small influence-- and credibility-wise compared to the RMS freetards in their respective shperes.

BTW I can also add that I worked in medical for 3 years as a systems admin and can say that there are only a handful of open source EMR systems. You're almost chained to the ground to use Windows in Medical because everyone must have EMR at this point. I shot an email out to my old boss about it (we still talk on a consistent basis) and asked him about this. I'll see what he says but I -highly- doubt there's anything out there about insurance premiums and your operating system your organization uses.
