Ok over the last day I had to do some maintenance on my son's pc and after cleaning out dust I put the case sides back on and the pc was working better but then all of a sudden the Antec 1100 original 200 mm top exhaust case fan is now extremely loud. The only time it is quiet again is when I take the palm of my hand and push down on the case right in the middle of where the fan is. The screws were never unfastened when I cleaned the fan and I can't imagine making them any tighter than they are now. Any ideas on what to do here?
maybe the case bowed a little when you moved it around, try loosening the screw then re tightening them.
this is a a vibration noise right?
