and for both builds you could easily use the stock cooler untill you can buy a better one.

are those two builds same in performance or different

they are very close to the same if you need cuda for something then the nvidia build is the way to go my be with a 660 if you cant swing for the 660ti. if you dont need gpu prower then keep the 650ti or go with a 7850 gpu http://pcpartpicker.com/p/AmA6 and a 8 core cpu
