Another budget build

So with tax returns and all that stuff going on i have about 1500-2000 floating around. I'm looking to build   another pc but I havent been keeping up with all the new hardware in the past 3 years. Thats where im hoping you guys could help me.

I mainly just want to stream and game at 1080 or 1440 on high with a dual monitor setup. My only requirement is that the cpu has to be cooled by those all-in-one watercooling solutions. Also im not really into OCing.

This is something that is dead center on the $1500 minimum. I don't know if you have the monitors already or what your preferences are when talking about CPUs/GPUs. What I put up is just a starting point. You can tweak this to your liking. If this is all you needed, you would be set for those 3 years. You could easily do 2x1080p monitors with that 780ti.

Just for the sake of others, try to clarify what you do need and your preferences are.

Yeah my bad. I was in a rush when i typed that out. As for prefences I really dont have any. My last build was an AMD/ATI so I was kinda leaning twards Nvidia, but like I said it really doesnt matter to me.

As for the monitors/mouse/keyboard stuff I already have them, just need the tower.

Also do you think its gonna be woth it to get a 760 and then get something from the 800 series when they decided to release it? Or just stick with a 780ti and then upgrade to whatever comes after the Maxwell?

It's hard to say when the 800 series will be out and even when those cards will have a Maxwell architecture.

If you want the absolute best right now, I would stick with the 780ti. If you still want to save money and don't mind the lower graphics performance (compared to the 780ti), go with the 760.

In all honesty, I wouldn't know what to choose either. So, this is all up to you. :/

I'm not trying to pry or anything... but is there any particular reason you want the CPU water cooled if you don't plan on overclocking? Seems like a waste of budget...

it looks better in many cases, easier access to the ram and such, plus it will help if he lives in a warm place

i have a water loop in mine because i think it's cool looking

Well the room I'm currently in has poor  circulation due to only having only one window. On top of that, said window is currently broken and can only open half way. So the cpu cooler would be going near 100% most of the time I'd assume. So having a quite cooling solution would be ideal.

Well... if you're not going to overclock, I doubt the CPU will be under any stress heat-wse... it's one thing if you just want it for show... it's another if you think you need it for ambient room temps... keep in mind Intel chips have a max temp of 62C which is 143F... so I doubt ambient temps are going to cause much of a problem... water cooling does require some extra maintenance and added budget... and don't think watercooling is silent as it has fans on the radiator... the room doesn't need good circulation, the case does... that being said, it IS a better cooling solution when applied right and you've got more than enough budget for it...

That's what I'd build...
