Yama no Susume
Solid CGDCT series. That scene is from the current season. Pretty underrated show since it started out as 3 minute shorts, then a 5 minute special, second season got up to 13 minutes, a full length OVA episode, and season 3 episodes are 15 minutes.
Is there camping? Yuru Camp 2?

A tiny bit, yeah. It has a similar feel to Yuru Camp (at least to me it does) but focused on mountain climbing instead of camping.

It was on TV. Only thing I could think of would be paranoia agent but I have not gone back to check it out. I think I browsed the [AS] archive as well.
After looking through the archive again, i guess I will check out Blue Gender
Also loved Kekkaishi. I should watch that some time.
