The Whole story is completely translated minus the extra end game content that is not unlocked until you finish a route.
And by translated, I meant unofficially by the people working on the patch. Moenovel is never going to touch that content considering they cut out a few scenes and censored over many and removed any trace of sexual content.
Basically an all age version. Still a great story though. The lewd scenes are just a bonus.
