Animals- Wild, Tame, Pets, Whatever!

Let's see some animal photos. Pets or in the wild. Doesn't matter. Insects, bugs and other creepy crawlies will be a different thread. I'll start off.

I've got a picture of a cheetah that looks like it's about to sneeze somewhere...

^Found it.

First two are my pets. The third picture is a swan with a muscovy duck (I think) who is hanging around the local town lake.

Out for a walk with the dog.

Bold face from a cat who doesn't like to be picked up.

Reviving the thread. I really want to buy a DSLR.

Found this pretty metal moth in my garden today. A picture from my One M8.

The rest of these are from a family holiday to Kenya in 2009. Sorry about the quality, had to download them from my mum's Facebook. Taken with a Canon bridge camera. I was 13 and didn't have the know how to use anything but automatic mode.

To get those shots I had to stand on a latter and hold the camera up over me. I couldn't look through the viewfinder so this was done in live view.
Did I mention the camera was upside down? The remote flash I used made the camera too tall to get a good angle so i held i upside down to get a better view. Also, This is done at minimum focus distance.

Great work. Really cool to see the babies like this.

Didn't know baby birds were so ugly though.
