Android Wireless AP Location App GET req issue

So I am trying to develop an app which uses a get req to wigle.net to obtain the longitude and latitude of an AP. (DB of wireless access points.) . I have setup my API account and can run the standard user lookup and get a JSON reply with my details however any query I run using an actual AP BSSID I get a Failcz.msebera.android.httpclient.client.HttpResponseException: Internal Server Error. Obviously the auth to the API must be fine but I dont why my query doesnt work. If I use the same thing with curl in terminal its fine. If anyone has any advice it would be much appreciated. Also talk is cheap so here is the code.

i’d get that app. i’ve had such difficulty setting up my 2 APs in the house due to network congestion in the neighbourhood.
